Role Overview
The frontend sales executive will be responsible for managing direct customer interactions, understanding business requirements, and driving sales of IT infrastructure, hardware, and solution offerings. The role focuses on building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to understand their IT requirements and business needs
- Driving sales for IT infrastructure, hardware, and solution offerings
- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinating with inside sales, pre-sales, and technical teams for pricing and proposals
- Conducting product presentations, meetings, and solution discussions
- Achieving assigned revenue and sales targets
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring account growth
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Updating customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline details in CRM systems
Working Days & Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturday: OFF
- 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday: Full Day (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
